1. Backup your old pyro.mdl file located in "tfc\models\player\pyro"
You can back this up by renaming it to pyro.old
2. Copy the new pyro.mdl into that same directory.
3. Boot up TFC, join a game, and go look at a pyro's shield.
4. Enjoy fragging him!!
